I am feeling a little under the weather today. I was still able to complete my morning yoga routine (I just chose an easier one to do) and I’ve been drinking a lot of tea with honey. I’m still working on my first bottle of water because it hurts to swallow cold liquid.
I woke up at 5:45 but was only up until around 7:15 when I had to lay back down. I slept for a good 3.5 hours! That’s okay though, I know that rest is important to help you get to feeling better.
I’m about to make myself some oatmeal and attempt to get some chores done.
Here are a few tips to help you get over a cold:
- Eat chicken noodle soup
- Drink lots of fluids
- Consume a lot of Vitamin C
- Try to do a little exercise to get your blood flowing
- Get plenty of rest!
