Most of us suffer from some form of anxiety, whether it’s constantly pestering you or it’s just situational. Either way, it sucks.
Anxiety can be triggered by many different things and it really differs from person to person. I might not like long car rides, but you might love them. Bodies of water might scare the pants off of you, but I might think they’re the coolest thing on earth. The point is, not everybody has the same anxieties so not every tip is going to help everyone.
I have compiled a list of eight activities that have personally worked for me to defeat anxiety. Now I’m not saying that this is a form of treatment for anxiety by any means, but it can help talk you down from a panic attack. And we all know that those are no fun.
